Remove iCloud / Google / MDM Locks

Sign out of all accounts and disable Activation Lock, Find My, Google FRP, and any MDM profiles. Devices with active locks cannot be accepted.

Factory Reset Your Device

Perform a full reset to erase personal data. This protects your privacy and allows proper testing.

Remove BIOS / UEFI Passwords

Laptops, desktops, and servers must be free of firmware locks or PINs. Locked systems cannot be accepted.

Charge the Device (If Possible)

A charged device helps us verify functionality faster and complete payout sooner.

Bring a Valid Government-Issued ID

A photo ID is required for all buyback transactions (local regulations).

Must Be 18+ Years of Age

We only purchase items from individuals 18 years or older.

Clean & Pest-Free

Devices with roaches, pest residue, or infestation cannot be accepted. Please wipe down before arrival.

Bring Included Accessories

Chargers, power cables, keyboards, remotes, etc. Complete kits help accuracy and can increase value.

Apple iPhone / iPad

Settings → [your name] → Sign Out → Turn off Find My. Then Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Erase All Content and Settings.

Android Phones / Tablets

Remove Google account (Settings → Accounts). Turn off screen lock. Then Factory reset (Settings → System → Reset options).

Windows / macOS / BIOS

Sign out of Microsoft/Apple ID, decrypt drives if needed, and remove BIOS/UEFI passwords before drop-off.
